At Fenide, we understand that plans can change. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Order Modifications or Cancellations
We can assist with order changes within 24 hours of purchase, as long as your order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet. After this window, we’re unable to make adjustments.

What You Can Change

• Update your shipping address

• Modify or replace an item in your order

• Cancel your order completely

How to Request a Change
Please email us at support@fenide.com with your order number and the details of the change you’d like to make. Our team will review your request and confirm if it can be processed.

After Shipment
Once your order has been shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible. In that case, you may refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for available options after delivery.
