At Fenide, we want you to love every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to make it right.

Returns

You may return most new, unused, and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
To start a return, please contact our support team at support@fenide.com with your order number and the reason for return.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We’ll arrange an exchange or replacement at no extra cost to you.

Conditions

• Items must be in their original packaging and in unused condition.

• Returns due to customer preference (e.g., color, size, or change of mind) may require the customer to cover the return shipping cost.

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the returned product is received and inspected.
