Returns
You may return most new, unused, and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
To start a return, please contact our support team at support@fenide.com with your order number and the reason for return.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We’ll arrange an exchange or replacement at no extra cost to you.
