Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Certain items (such as perishable goods, intimate or sanitary products, and personalized/custom items) are non-returnable.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at support@fenide.com before sending it back.
Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, the order may already be processed and shipped.
Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
