Thank you for shopping with Fenide.com. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy below:

Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

  • Certain items (such as perishable goods, intimate or sanitary products, and personalized/custom items) are non-returnable.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at support@fenide.com before sending it back.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, the order may already be processed and shipped.

Damaged or Wrong Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@fenide.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our support team will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.

  3. Send the item back with a tracking number.
